It features the planets in orbital order.

Sun, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune & (Pluto) (from top to bottom)

The background loops are created from the flower of life pattern. Little planet circles, weave through the design.

In the earth, you can see the Sandia Mountains & Rio Grande, which are important to my client.

The top sun symbol face & pattern is derived from an Aztec Sun Stone & Sun pattern.

| Symbolism | One of the most important aspects of Aztec religion was the sun. TheAztecs called themselves the "People of the Sun”. The most important god to theAztecs was Huitzilopochtli (the god of war, the sun, and sacrifice) His name is thought to mean "left-handed hummingbird". He was often drawn with feathers and holding a sceptre made from a snake |
