PROCESS

To start a return, please contact me. Dionne@puncturedartefact.com

Once the return is agreed you will be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

You are responsible for the safe packing and return delivery using the same/similar tracked service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment to the original payment method within 7 days - it can take a few days to show up. In the first instance please contact me to discuss any issues.

PRINTS & LEATHER ART

There is a 7 day return policy (from receipt of the art) The art must be in its original protective cellophane bag, and show no signs of opening or wear.

CUSTOM TATTOO

Full & T & C’s can be seen in the clients individual quotes. No money will be refunded once the process has started

TATTOO FLASH

Flash purchases are non refundable.(Due to the item being instantly downloadable)

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact me.

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph including original packaging materials. This is necessary to process claims against the postal carrier. You may be required to return the item at your cost and this will be refunded along with the cost of the original item once received and checked.

REFUNDS

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days

RETURN PARCELS

Clients are kindly requested to return the item at their cost. I recommend using recorded delivery to return items and please remember to include a copy of your receipt along with your contact details. A return address will be provided, upon enquiry.

PURCHASING LOCATIONS

At present I’m selling to UK buyers only

INTERNATIONAL - If you are from outside the UK and see something you’re interested in please get in touch to discuss international shipping. Where items are sold abroad the buyer is responsible for any customs charges incurred on arrival in the destination country. I cannot refund any additional charges you may have to pay when your item arrives

PACKAGING

All items are carefully packed according to the size and type of item/artwork, and I make sure that they all leave in the condition I would expect them to arrive. Prints are sent in board-backed envelopes/mailer boxes, with additional board protection. I try to keep plastic use to a minimum and the majority of my packaging is recycled and/or recyclable or biodegradable.

ORIGINAL PRINT LEAD TIMES

Please be aware that the pieces may be printed to order. It may take up to 3 weeks to fulfil your order (accounting for the drying time) If you have any particular deadlines, it may be better to get in touch to check lead-times. Please email Dionne@puncturedartefact.com.

TATTOO COMMISSIONS

There is an option to post the original drawings. Full & T & C’s can be seen in the clients individual quotes.

DELAYS

I cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by issues beyond my control. Your order will come with tracking information which should allow you to track its progress. If there is substantial delay please get in touch I will do my best to resolve the issue.

ORIGINAL PRINT EDITIONS

Original artworks are handmade pieces. No two prints will be exactly the same. However, I try to print them as similar as is possible. Due to the nature of the intaglio process, there may be slight variations in the look of the ink on the paper. The mount, paper and type of ink will be exactly the same as the listing.

The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variations between browsers, devices and screen settings. Photographic lighting may also effect this. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

Variable Editions will have elements of the print which mean that each print will look slightly different. (e.g the application of colour or embellishment)
