  • The piece features a jewel beetle, amongst a truncated icosahedron. In our signature drawing style (a mix of geometry & organic lines, with fine lines and micro dots)

The truncated icosahedron is a polyhedron with 32 faces, 90 edges, and 60 vertices. It is inspired by the Icosahedron from 'De Divina Proportione’ illustrated by Leonardo da Vinci.

The truncated icosahedron can be constructed from a regular icosahedron by cutting off all of its vertices, known as truncation.
