WAITLIST & TIMINGS
I only take on a few commissions per year.  Please allow a 2 month waitlist. 
I aim to complete each collaborative design within 2-3 weeks (large) or 2 weeks (small & medium)

EXCLUSIVITY
The completed design will be exclusive to you. There is no danger of anyone else having your exact design. Clients are provided with a digital certificate of authenticity. This can be taken with you to a tattoo studio. Designs will never be replicated in their exact form. The design you approve is exclusive to you. 
 
TEXT & COLOUR
We don’t include text or colour in our art.
 
AESTHETIC
We don’t draw in any other artistic style.
 
COPYRIGHT
Copyright belongs to Punctured Artefact / Dionne Marshall.
Please do not attempt to use any art across any of our formats (print, flash, custom, leather, art) 
Tattoo art is limited to x1 personal use (not professional use)
 
PRICING
We don’t follow a pricing structure.
All pricing is bespoke to the brief.
Our designs are unique & will take different amounts of time to complete.

COLLABORATIVE DESIGN
A 50% deposit is required before any collaborative design work is undertaken. 
The balance payment is paid upon completion of artwork.
No money will be refunded once the process has started.

INSTANT DESIGN
Is paid in full in advance.
The design is created from your brief but will not include feedback & changes. 
The cost can therefore be a little lower than a normal collaboration quote.
