PURCHASING LOCATIONS At present I’m selling to UK buyers only INTERNATIONAL - If you are from outside the UK and see something you’re interested in please get in touch to discuss international shipping. Where items are sold abroad the buyer is responsible for any customs charges incurred on arrival in the destination country. I cannot refund any additional charges you may have to pay when your item arrives PACKAGING All items are carefully packed according to the size and type of item/artwork, and I make sure that they all leave in the condition I would expect them to arrive. Prints are sent in board-backed envelopes/mailer boxes, with additional board protection. I try to keep plastic use to a minimum and the majority of my packaging is recycled and/or recyclable or biodegradable. ORIGINAL PRINT LEAD TIMES Please be aware that the pieces may be printed to order. It may take up to 3 weeks to fulfil your order (accounting for the drying time) If you have any particular deadlines, it may be better to get in touch to check lead-times. DELAYS I cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by issues beyond my control. Your order will come with tracking information which should allow you to track its progress.
